About Us

About Mrs. Ashley
I am the owner and teacher for Messy Hands Preschool. I am wife to Ethan and mother to a sweet daughter named Madeline. We have two friendly tabby cats, Poppy and Violet.
I have a love for all things sensory oriented (especially slime!) and a passion for early childhood education. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, geocaching, making art for our FLAG, and gardening.

Education & Experience
I graduated from Aquinas College in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Language Arts. I soon discovered a love for the younger children and began working at a local childcare. Since then, I have worked with age groups ranging from 2 to 4. After years of struggling to find the perfect fit for me as a teacher, I founded Messy Hands Preschool to serve those like me who share a love for sensory activities.
